Chris and Lauren were married on July 13, 2013 at Central Christian Church  in Lexington, Kentucky and chose Reel Special Productions to capture their wedding video. Check it out below.

It was the fall of 2012 when Lauren reached out to Reel Special Productions to inquire about filming her wedding video. The day Lauren talked with Brittany about the wedding video, Brittany had just gotten home from the dentist where parts of her mouth were still numb. How fitting it was that Lauren was in dental school at that time and was so wonderful about talking wedding video stuff!

We first arrived at Central Christian Church  to begin capturing preparation footage for their wedding video. Lauren was doing last minute touches to her make up right before she put on her dress. The look on her dad’s face when he saw her for the first time was priceless. You can definitely tell they have a special relationship and that Lauren is a daddy’s girl!

It was apparent that Chris and Lauren shared the same excitement about seeing one another for their first look. Chris waited anxiously for his bride as she gracefully walked up the brick walk way to the picturesque courtyard. Their first look was captured perfectly on their wedding video as they embraced one another and shared a special moment between the two of them.

The ceremony was held at Central Christian Church  where they both attend. Family and friends gathered together to witness this beautiful couple come together as one. During their ceremony scripture was read and Chris and Lauren shared communion while special music was played and sung.

The reception was held at The Carrick House  in Lexington, Kentucky. Bright pink roses along with sparkly-jeweled vases decorated the tables throughout the reception area. We definitely had to capture the UK ice sculptor by Lexington Ice Sculptures  for their wedding video. After all, Chris is a former UK football player. Tinker’s Cake Shop designed a fabulous wedding cake that complimented the entire room including the waterfall falling behind it. Guests enjoyed good food and danced the night away. One major highlight to their wedding video was the father daughter dance (be sure to scroll down to the bottom of the page and watch it).

Chris and Lauren were an awesome couple to work with. They were both a lot of fun and their love for one another was evident all throughout their wedding day. It was an honor to film their wedding video and work with them to capture one of the most important days in their lives.
