Tim and Jenna’s wedding video was filmed by Reel Special Productions on May 10, 2014 at St. Peter Catholic Church and the Boone Center in Lexington, Kentucky.

We first met up with Tim, Jenna and the wedding party at Ashland Estates. Once Tim and Jenna walked off the limo bus, we quickly got the party started. Despite a mostly overcast afternoon, on a few occasions the sun broke through the clouds and we were able to capture some awesome intimate shots of the bride and groom together. In the first few minutes with the soon-to-be newlyweds, we could tell that Tim and Jenna were madly in love with one another, and we also picked up on the fact that their wedding party was going to be a blast to capture for the wedding video as well. All the guys and girls stuck together throughout most of the afternoon and we were able to capture some great footage with everyone.
After spending some time filming at Ashland Estates along side Alicia Fierro with Aesthetiica Photography, we quickly hopped in our cars and within moments the rain started falling. Fortunately, we had all the shots we needed for the first portion of the wedding video and it was time to head to the church where Tim and Jenna would tie the knot!
Following their nuptials, Tim and Jenna exited St. Peter Catholic Church to a beautiful cloud of bubbles.
The ceremony was held at the absolutely beautiful St. Peter Catholic Church in downtown Lexington. The church provided a simply stunning setting with stained glass windows and beautiful wooden pews lining the sanctuary. The wedding ceremony included passages of Scripture and heartfelt vows that united Tim and Jenna together as husband and wife. And if you haven’t watched the wedding video yet, be sure to check it out because their kiss was precious! It reminded us of our own wedding…one kiss didn’t quite seem enough to “seal the deal!”
The reception was held at the Hilary J. Boone Center, located in the heart of the University of Kentucky campus. The inside of the Boone Center was elegantly decorated with beautiful centerpieces and candles all around. Instead of a traditional wedding cake, Jenna opted for a variety of flavored cupcakes tiered on a magnificent display near the entranceway. After signing Tim and Jenna’s unique picture guest book, guests enjoyed drinks while they waited on the bride and groom to finish up with photos.
Jenna’s sisters from the Alpha Delta Pi sorority celebrated her wedding with a fun song and cheer.
The remainder of the evening was full of time celebrating and dancing with friends and family, and it was especially fun to see Jenna’s sorority sisters gather around her to sing. Superfecta was at the top of their game and had everyone on the dance floor dancing the night away; even Jenna’s grandmother was breaking it down! We couldn’t believe how quickly the day went, but after capturing plenty of footage of people dancing for the wedding video, our time had come and we headed home reveling at just how much fun we had filming this wedding and interacting with such great people.
